Two Technical Support Person`s - Cheltenham - 16.5K plus 10% yearly bonus, and benefits
Our client in Cheltenham is looking for Two Technical Support person`s to be based in their Cheltenham offices. This position is on a 12 hour rota basis, however you will not work more than 35 hours per week. You will join a team of techincal specialist in prviding mangement information support to their business. Other duties will include investigation and analysis, information testing and support of all systems. We are looking for someone who has analytical and logical thinking skills, effective communication skills and an organised and methidical aprrocah. Must have good systems knowledge and be willing to learn the role. Knoweldge of HTML and Javascript would be an advantage
Applicants should note that after training, oncall rota for support of the systems outside normal office hours is a pre requisition for the position.
